The ADN program was a transformative experience that set the foundation for the nurse I am today. With the tools and confidence I gained from the ADN program, I earned my BSN and continued on to earn my MSN and MSCJ. The education and experience allowed me to take on the responsibilities now of a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) Nurse Administrator. I have the privilege of leading teams, improving patient outcomes, and shaping policies and processes that influence the future of the pediatric population.
